Module description

In an emergency, the bottleneck isn't the decision: it's reaching the people who have to act. Phone lists sit in a drawer, the on-call manager changed last week, and someone has to start dialling one by one while the clock runs.

VES Notification turns that alert into a single step. You pick the group and the channel; the platform sends, escalates to the deputy if the primary contact doesn't answer, and records what went out, to whom and what each person replied.
