Compliance Status
This website has been designed to comply with current standards and regulations in relation to accessibility and usability, and they are reviewed at least annually to keep them up to date. However, you may find some content that does not conform 100% to these standards. Therefore, we conclude that this website is partially compliant with RD 1112/2018 due to the exceptions and lack of compliance with the aspects indicated below.
Non-accessible content
The following content is not accessible for the following reasons:
1. Lack of compliance with RD 1112/2018
- Images without adequate alt text, preventing screen reader users from correctly understanding visual information.
- Insufficient color contrasts in some texts and graphic elements, which makes them difficult to read.
- Inconsistent page hierarchy and heading structure, complicating orientation and navigation.
- Forms with incomplete or poorly associated labels, making them difficult to use by visually impaired people.
- Interactive controls (buttons, menus, sliders, carousels) that are not fully accessible from the keyboard and are not always correctly labeled.
- Links and buttons with unclear descriptions, such as “read more” or icons without text, making it difficult to identify their function.
- Dynamic content and automatic carousels that don’t offer accessible controls to stop, pause, or navigate through them.
- Text accessibility and customization tools that don’t work consistently across the web.
- Cookie consent banner with inaccessible interaction (complex use of checkboxes and lack of clarity in the operation with keyboard/screen readers).
- Mathematical captcha with no alternative accessible in the contact form, which may prevent certain people from using it.
2. Disproportionate Burden
Not applicable.
3. Content does not fall within the scope of applicable law
There may be documents in PDF or other office formats and multimedia content that do not fully meet the required accessibility requirements.
