This notice sets out the terms of use of www.rklves.com and identifies who is behind it, as required by Ley 34/2002, de servicios de la sociedad de la información y de comercio electrónico (Spain’s Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce Act).
Personal data is not dealt with here: that is what the Privacy policy is for, and if you use the VES platform because your organisation has subscribed to it, the one that applies to you is the VES platform privacy policy.

The site is hosted on servers located in the European Union. You can find out which providers take part in the processing of data in the Privacy policy.
What this site is for
www.rklves.com is the information and marketing website for VES, RKL Integral’s critical procedure activation platform. From here you can find out about the product, look through use cases and projects, read our publications and request a demo.
One thing should be clear: this site is not the VES platform. The platform is provided to client organisations under contract and is reached through its own channels. Nothing you read here is a binding contractual offer, and nothing here replaces the terms signed in each case.
Terms of use
This notice sets out the terms on which we offer the site. When you use it, we ask you to respect them: to use the site in accordance with the law, good faith and public order and, in particular, not to:
- Post or spread content that is unlawful, defamatory or discriminatory, or that infringes other people’s rights.
- Introduce programs, viruses or anything else capable of damaging our systems or those of other people.
- Try to reach restricted areas or get around the security measures.
- Use automated means to extract content in bulk, or reuse that content to build an equivalent service.
- Send unsolicited communications through the forms on the site.
If you find a vulnerability
Security is what we do, so we genuinely appreciate being told. Write to us at ves@rklintegral.com and we will get back to you.
We will not take legal action against anyone who researches in good faith and follows these three rules: do not extract or keep other people’s data, do not degrade or disrupt the service, and give us 90 days to fix the issue before going public. This is what is known as coordinated vulnerability disclosure, and it is the practice we expect.
Outside that framework, penetration testing needs our prior written authorisation.
Intellectual and industrial property
The contents of this site — text, photographs, illustrations, videos, code, design and structure — belong to RKL Integral or to third parties who have authorised their use, and are protected by intellectual and industrial property law.
The name VES, the logo symbol and the other distinctive signs identify RKL Integral and its platform. Being able to see them here does not grant you any licence over them.
You may view, print or download the contents for your personal or internal professional use. Any other use — reproduction, distribution, communication to the public or adaptation — needs our written authorisation.
The logos of client organisations shown on the site appear with their consent, for identification purposes, and remain the property of their owners.
Liability
We take care to keep the information up to date and accurate, but we cannot guarantee that it is always free of errors or that it is fit for any particular purpose. The contents are informational and do not constitute technical, legal or security advice: decisions about emergencies, self-protection or business continuity in your organisation must rest on its own professional judgement.
Nor do we guarantee that the site will be available without interruption. We may suspend it temporarily for maintenance or for reasons beyond our control.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damage arising from improper use of the site, or from failures of the visitor’s own equipment or connection. None of the above limits our liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence, or the rights that consumer law grants on a mandatory basis.

Governing law and jurisdiction
This notice is governed by Spanish law.
For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals of Bilbao, unless the applicable rules impose a different venue.
If you are a consumer, this submission does not apply to you: the courts of the place where you live have jurisdiction, whether you are the one bringing the claim or we are. This is not a concession on our part, it is a right the law grants you and that cannot be excluded.

We may amend this notice to bring it into line with legal developments or with changes to the site. The version in force is always the one published here, with its date.
