Cookie Policy

This policy explains which cookies www.rklves.com uses, what they are for and how you can decide about them at any time.

What they are

A cookie is a small file that a website stores in your browser. It is used to remember information between pages: from keeping your session open to counting how many people visit a section.

Your decision comes first

We do not activate any measurement cookie until you accept it. The first time you arrive you will see a banner with three options: accept, reject or choose by category. If you reject, the site works exactly the same; we simply do not measure your visit.

Carrying on browsing does not count as acceptance. Consent has to be an affirmative act on your part.

You can change your mind whenever you like, from the cookie settings link in the footer. Withdrawing your consent is as easy as giving it.

Your decision does not last forever: we will ask you again after twelve months, which is how long the cookie we store it in lasts. This follows the Spanish Data Protection Agency’s recommendation to renew consent periodically.

These affect only the staff who administer the site.

They tell us which pages are visited and how, in aggregate form, so that we can improve the site. They are not activated unless you accept them.

The provider is Google Ireland Ltd. The data may be processed outside the European Economic Area, relying on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses. You can read their privacy policy.

What we do not use

This is worth saying, because it matters as much as everything above:

We do not use advertising cookies or social media cookies.
We do not share your browsing with advertisers or data brokers.
We do not use cookies for the form’s anti-spam check. The service that protects it — Google’s reCAPTCHA — analyses browser behaviour without relying on a consent cookie, so it does not appear in the list above. It does process your IP address, which is why it is explained in the Privacy policy, where it belongs.
We do not load external fonts: we serve them from our own server, so your IP address does not reach third parties for that reason.
We do not embed third-party videos or maps on public pages.
