Implementation

We start from what you already have, not from scratch.

We review your procedures, turn them into a guided operation and train you to maintain it. Your team can configure them on its own with VES Intelligence or with the support of RKL specialists, without redesigning what already works.

The process

Six steps from document to operation.

Each step has a clear outcome, and your team takes part where its knowledge matters.

  1. Review

We start from your procedures as they are today: self-protection plans, protocols, SOPs or continuity plans, in whatever format you have them.

    Your team
Shares the current documentation and explains how it is activated in practice.
    Outcome
A map of the procedures worth digitising first.
  2. Flowchart

We turn each procedure into a path with phases, tasks, owners, alerts and escalations, keeping its logic.

    Your team
Clarifies who does what and in which order.
    Outcome
    The flowchart of each procedure.
  3. Validation

We review the flowchart with the people who carry it out to confirm it reflects the real operation before it goes into the platform.

    Your team
    Validates or adjusts the path.
    Outcome
A procedure validated by those who will use it.
  4. Digitalisation

The procedure goes into VES with its rules, notification channels, tasks and evidence, and is tested end to end.

    Your team
Provides the groups and contacts involved.
    Outcome
The procedure, ready to be activated.
  5. Training

We train those who activate and follow the procedures, and those who manage them. It can be rehearsed with drills without touching the live environment.

    Your team
    Appoints owners and administrators.
    Outcome
People who know how to activate, follow and close each procedure.
  6. Autonomy

From then on, your team updates and creates procedures on its own when reality changes, with the help of VES Intelligence and without depending on custom development.

    Your team
    Maintains and evolves its procedures.
    Outcome
Autonomy to keep your operation up to date.
How we work

What makes implementation simpler.

Nothing to redesign

VES adapts to your procedures, not the other way round.

Not custom development

Procedures are modelled on the platform, so a project does not turn into a development of its own.

Expert support

RKL security specialists review, adapt and validate each procedure with you.

Autonomy from day one

The goal is not dependence: we train you, and VES Intelligence helps you manage and evolve your procedures.

VES Intelligence

Configure your procedures yourself, or with us.

VES Intelligence lets your team take an active part in the configuration without relying on RKL for every step. You choose how to move forward: our support remains available whenever you ask for it.

Your team, with VES Intelligence

Describe what you need and the agent prepares procedures, tasks, notifications and rules for you to review and confirm.

With RKL specialists

We carry out the review, the flowchart and the configuration with you, during implementation or at any time afterwards.

Questions

Frequently asked questions about implementation.

Do we have to redesign our procedures?

No. We start from the ones you already have. If the review shows something worth improving, you will see it in the flowchart and you decide.

Who does the work?

You choose. Your team can configure its procedures with VES Intelligence by asking the agent, or let RKL specialists carry out the review, the flowchart and the configuration with you. Either way, your team brings its knowledge of the operation and validates each step.

What happens when a procedure changes?

You update it yourself in the platform. That is what the training is for.

Where do we start?

With one or several priority procedures. Once they are running, the rest are added.

Do we need to know how to configure VES to maintain it?

You don’t need to know every screen. On top of the training, VES Intelligence helps you inside the platform: it answers your questions about the application, shows you where each thing is done and prepares the changes you ask for, so you only have to review and confirm them.

Want to see how it would work for your organization?

We'll show you how a real plan is activated, with your groups, your protocols, and your timelines.
