VES RCS Communication Policy
VES is an emergency, incident management and operational notification platform developed and operated by RKL Integral.
Organizations using VES may send operational, emergency and incident-related communications to authorized users through supported communication channels including:
- RCS Messaging
- SMS
- Voice Calls
- Email Notifications
- Push Notifications
User Registration & Consent (Opt-in)
Users receiving communications through VES are registered by authorized administrators belonging to their organization.
Organizations using the platform are responsible for informing users that they may receive operational and emergency notifications through the communication channels supported by VES.
VES communications are strictly related to operational coordination, emergency management, incident response and business continuity processes.
Opt-out Policy
Users may request to stop receiving non-critical communications by contacting their organization administrator or by contacting RKL Integral support.
Certain critical emergency communications may still be required for operational safety and incident management purposes.
No Spam Policy
VES does not send unsolicited marketing or spam messages through RCS.
All communications are triggered as part of legitimate organizational operational workflows, emergency procedures or incident management activities.
